Maximum (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a personal wellness and productivity application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Collect
- Account information: Name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account.
- App data: Habits, goals, journal entries, workouts, budgets, to-dos, shifts, and plans you create within the app. This data is stored on our servers to provide the service.
- Subscription information: If you subscribe to Premium, your purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive a subscription status and anonymous transaction identifier — we never see your payment card details.
- Device information: Platform type (iOS, Android, or web) for delivering the appropriate experience. We do not collect device IDs, advertising identifiers, or location data.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Maximum service.
- To manage your account and subscription status.
- To send you local notification reminders that you explicitly enable.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not run ads.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. All connections use HTTPS encryption.
Biometric Data
If you enable Face ID or Touch ID lock, authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system. We never receive, store, or transmit biometric data.
Your Rights
- You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Clear All Data.
- You can request a full account deletion by contacting us.
- You can export your data by contacting us.
Children's Privacy
Maximum is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
